Easy ways to access support
TechAssist offers many easy ways to get support when you need it. TechAssist customers can access support through email, the internet or via Live Support Connection. Our helpdesk is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and emergency support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is the fastest method for getting assistance. Email sent to this address automatically creates a service ticket and is immediately routed to the most appropriate engineer, who will call or email you back within 30 minutes to two hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

By using our web interface, you can enter your own service ticket which will go immediately into our support queue. An engineer will call or email you back, usually within minutes but no later than two hours of receipt to resolve the issue.
Through the web portal you can also look at the status of your service ticket, or make changes to an existing ticket, all through a simple interface.
