Dedicated Onsite Support

Features, Benefits, and Pricing

Need someone onsite to handle support and routine maintenance? We’ve got you covered. With scheduled onsite support, you can have an engineer visit your office at regularly scheduled intervals each week. It’s like having an engineer on staff - someone you know and someone who knows your network.

Scheduled Onsite Support Visit

Sometimes you just need an engineer on site to handle day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting. With our Dedicated Onsite Staff Support plan, you can choose a plan that gives you the peace of mind that a trained engineer will be on site as frequently as you need them. We offer flexible onsite support plans that are tailored to your unique support needs. You can select from once a month, twice a month, once a week, twice a week or every day. Scheduled visits can last up to three hours. If you need more time, additional hours are available at hourly rates.

Dedicated Onsite Engineer

You’ll have a Dedicated Onsite Engineer at every visit and a back up engineer when your primary engineer is unavailable. That way you’ll always be covered by an engineer who knows the ins and outs of your system.

30 Minute Emergency Overrun Protection

Sometimes your engineer may need a few extra minutes to complete a task. With our 30 Minute Overrun Protection, you won’t be billed won’t be billed hourly rates if your engineer runs over the scheduled visit completing a task.

Monthly Support Analysis and Review

Once a month, you’ll get a call from your senior technology advisor who will review your monthly service. These reviews are an opportunity to examine trends and reoccurring issues. Based on this review, your senior technical advisor will be able to make recommendations for improving your overall operations including software and hardware upgrades or staff training when appropriate.

Additional Onsite Support Hours

If you need your engineer for extra hours or if something comes up that requires additional support, you can schedule additional hours of support at hourly rates.

Emergency Afterhours Onsite Support

If you need additional support for evenings, weekends or afterhours emergencies, engineers are available for additional fees. To find out more about our Emergency Afterhours Onsite Support, speak with your sales representative or senior technology advisor.

Your onsite engineer is a skilled technician who can perform a wide variety of IT services. During his visit, he can be assigned routine tasks, support issues, troubleshooting, general maintenance, system configuration and end user changes. He’s also available to perform the following:
