On January 27th, 2008, MSPmentor ranked TechAssist, LLC as the top managed service provider in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and 20th among managed service providers globally in the MSPmentor 100.

In addition to being listed in the top 20 global managed service providers, TechAssist also ranked 15th in revenue, 16th in dollar growth in managed service revenue and 17th in total devices managed.

The MSPmentor 100 is an annual survey conducted by MSPmentor and its owner, Nine Lives Media Inc. The annual survey indexes global managed service providers in terms of overall managed service revenue, overall managed service revenue growth, percentage of managed service revenue growth, managed service revenue per employee, the number of devices managed and other data points comparing fiscal 2007 to fiscal 2006 performance.
